We welcome you to dine with us surrounded by candlelight, and music filling the air, in our family-friendly dining room which is located on the second floor which is accessible by elevator or grand staircase. Our continental cuisine is as delicious as our waterfront views … our culinary team combines the freshest ingredients with innovative flair to prepare a waterside meal that caters to carnivores, seafood lovers, gluten-free and vegetarian diners.
Martell’s Waters Edge is proud to have our award-winning, executive chef, Kristopher Greene, prepare memorable dishes for our guests. Kristopher is a AAA Four-Diamond recipients, which acknowledges chefs that have experience in distinctive fine-dining and develop menus that reflect a high degree of creativity, quality and complexity. Additionally, Chef Kristopher was a James Beard nominee in 2012, which is the “The Oscars of Food.”
